v1.2.1
Check access by tier
User plans now includetier_id and tier_price_id, so your extension can identify both the tier a user purchased and its specific billing option. The library also includes hasTierAccess(tierId) (see docs), which returns whether the current user has access through a tier. It handles lifetime purchases, trials, active subscriptions, and past_due subscriptions whose current billing period has not ended.v1.2.0
Set a billing currency for each extension
You can now choose a billing currency when creating or updating an extension. All of its plan prices use that currency, and customers see it on pricing pages, at Stripe Checkout, and on invoices. Your dashboard revenue totals use it too.You can change the currency before a price is created in Stripe or assigned to a user. Existing prices must fit the new currency’s amount limits and decimal rules; otherwise, update those prices first. Once billing has started, the currency is locked.v1.1.0
Choose a Stripe account for each extension
You can now connect one or more existing Stripe accounts to crxbase and choose which account receives payments for each extension. The same account can be used across multiple extensions. The dashboard now shows whether each account is ready, needs more information in Stripe, or has been disconnected. You can also refresh its status without reconnecting it.Once billing starts for an extension, its Stripe account selection is locked to protect existing customers, prices, and subscriptions.Disconnecting an account no longer cancels subscriptions or removes billing history. Existing subscriptions continue in Stripe, and reconnecting the same account restores billing access and refreshes subscriptions already tracked by crxbase. To accept payments, connect a Stripe account and assign it to your extension.v1.0.0
